THRIFTY TRAFFIC SCHOOL COURSE TERMS

We encourage you to try our course. We are confident you'll like it. Pay when you're ready. You will have to pay before you take the final exam and before you get a certificate of completion. You will need that certificate in order to have your ticket removed from your driving record. You cannot remove your ticket from your driving record without paying.

We are so confident that you will love our course that we will allow you to enroll in our program and pay ONLY to take the final exam. To keep prices low and to minimize fraud, once you agree to pay, there will be no refunds.  This policy is similar to ones imposed by the courts.

In some court's jurisdictions, you may be presented with expedited delivery options for certificate delivery.  If you choose an expedited option through Thrifty Traffic School, Thrifty Traffic School will use it's best efforts to create your package and submit it to the carrier within the parameters presented at the time of purchase.  If a method exists by the carrier, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to track your package and alert either the carrier or Thrifty Traffic School of any shipping irregularities in a timely manner.  It is also your responsibility to arrange for delivery with the carrier.  If the package is returned to us for any reason, an additional fee must be paid in advance for reshipment.

It is your responsibility to determine whether you will complete the course by your court's deadline, whether your court will accept Thrifty Traffic School's course, and whether your certificate of completion has been received by the court once you have passed the final exam.

The person who receives the ticket must be the person who takes this course in order to remove the ticket. You cannot have someone else take the course for you. By agreeing to this agreement, you are also representing to the court that you and only you are taking this course and the final exam. Thrifty Traffic School will report any act of substitute test-taking to the court.

Thrifty Traffic School only allow customers who agree to this agreement to take this course and see its course materials. You agree not to copy, give or provide Thrifty Traffic School's course materials to anyone else.

We provide this service without any warranty as to its reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We try to keep the course content current and accurate, but we are not liable for any damages you or any third party incur because of any content of this course.

Use this site at your own risk. Even though we thoroughly test all aspects of the site, no software is perfect and may malfunction on occasion. We encourage you to use anti-virus software to protect your computer from unwanted intrusion. It is your responsibility to assure the safety and privacy of your computer.

These terms and conditions are subject to change with little or no notice, but the agreement in place at the time you pay is the agreement that governs our relationship.

If we have a dispute other than through the credit card processing, it must be settled in the courts located closest to the city of Northridge in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

This is the only agreement between you and Thrifty Traffic School. There are no other verbal or written agreement between you and Thrifty Traffic School.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: The liability of Thrifty Traffic School or its owners, employees, independent contractors, agents, successor, assignees or their family members to you, any third party beneficiaries or to anyone claiming liability by virtue of this agreement or Thrifty Traffic School's services, if any, shall not exceed the price you paid for this course (excluding any rush delivery fees).

We are not giving you legal advice in this course. You should look at any reference to any law, including from the California Vehicle Code. If you believe you need a lawyer, you should consult one independently of this course.

No question of doubtful interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved by any rule of interpretation providing for interpretation against the drafting party.
